We want you to love your Lielena piece. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any original packaging or dust bag. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
How to start a return
Message us via WhatsApp or email through our Contact section with your order reference and the reason for the return. We'll walk you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
