Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address to fulfill it. If you create an account, we store your login email and order history so you can track past purchases. When you browse the site, we use cookies and browser local storage to remember your cart, wishlist, recently viewed items, and cookie preferences — none of this requires you to be signed in. How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, send order-status notifications, and provide customer support when you reach out. If you've opted in, we may send updates about new collections. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for anything beyond running the store and supporting you as a customer.

Cookies & local storage

Beyond the essential cookies needed to keep checkout working, we use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, wishlist, and recently viewed products between visits — this data stays on your device and isn't sent to our servers until you actually place an order. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, and you can manage cookie consent through the banner shown on your first visit.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the store, each of which only receives the information it needs to do its job:

• PayPal — processes card and PayPal payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.
• Supabase — hosts our product catalog, order records, and account data.
• Cloudflare R2 — hosts product photos and other images shown on the site.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails, such as order confirmations.

Data retention & security

We keep order records for as long as needed to handle warranty questions, returns, and our own accounting obligations. Access to customer data is limited to what's needed to run the store, and payment processing is handled entirely by Paystack under its own security standards — we never touch raw card numbers.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account information, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Children's privacy

Lielena Designs is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our services change. Significant changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
